- All bids are binding once confirmed.

- We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Disputes should be resolved between parties; we may assist at our discretion.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Listing counterfeit or misrepresented cards
- Manipulating market data or shill bidding
- Scraping or automated access without permission
- Harassment of other users
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software on the platform are owned by Sports Card Wealth or its licensors. Card images and player names may be subject to third-party rights.
